Michele Cade Khelifi is an intuitive calligraphy artist whose work moves between silence and expression. Guided by instinct, memory, and rhythm, she uses script as a visual language—not to be read, but to be felt. Her pieces layer ink, pigment, and movement, creating emotional landscapes where words are written, concealed, and transformed into something deeper than meaning.

Of French, British, and Uruguayan heritage, Michele studied in London and spent over a decade in Hong Kong before settling in Dubai, where she now lives and works. Her practice is rooted in storytelling and connection, shaped by a background in graphic design and a fascination with what lies beneath the surface—what we reveal, what we hide, and how we connect through shared fragility.
Whether on canvas or through large-scale installations, her work is a quiet invitation to pause, reflect, and feel. No two pieces are alike, but each carries a thread of emotional truth—a trace of music, a moment of vulnerability, a whisper left behind
